Amendment of Original motion of Dr. Clark in regard to Final System in Karford County. Correction of Finutes according to Resolutions offered. Motion to take up Bids. ^Rejection of Bids and return' Churchville and Carsins to Aberdeen; from the Hickory Road about tv/o miles north of Bel Air "by way of 7orest Hill, Grafton Shops, Coopstown and Jarrettsville. And "\Vhereas at the reading of the minutes of said meeting of April 15th 1^09, at the next meeting of said Commission, the Secretary in his copy thereof included only 'the road from Bel Air "by way of Kalmia to Cono-.vingo, provided the County will build a bridge suitable in the judgment of the Commission across Deer Creek.' "And Whereas at the meeting of the said Commission held on the 29th day of April, 1909, at the reading of said minutes of the meeting of April 15th. 1909, the error in said minutes \vas noted and the Secretary was ordered to correct the same, and said minutes were approved as ordered corrected. And "Whereas all the roads included in the original motion of Dr. Clark were then properly inserted in the minutes by the Secretary, except the 'road known as the Old Bel Air Road from the Baltimore County line to the Karford Road, thence to Bel Air. "B6 It Resolved that the Secretary be and he is hereby authorized and directed to insert in the minutes of the meeting of April 15th 1909 in the motion of Dr. Clark, after the words 'in the order named1 and before the v/ords 'the road from Bel Air by way of Kalmia' the follov;ing: 'The road known as the Old Bel Air Road from the Baltimore County line tu the Harford Road, thence to Bel Air,' so as to make said motion of Dr. Clark of April 15th 190'J, read the same as made, to wit: 'Dr. Clark moved that in Harford County the Commission adopt as its final system for that County the following roads, so far as the funds v/ill permit their being taken over, purchased or condemned and constructed and complete the improvement thereof in such manner as the Comrisi.:ion shall hereafter determine, in the order named. The noad known as the Old Bel Air Road, from the Baltimore County line to the Harford Road, thence to Bel Air; the road from Bel Air by way of Kalmia, Poole, Berkley, Glen Cove to Conowingo Bridge on the Susquehanna River, provided the County will build a bridge suitable in the judgment of the Commission across Deer Creek. The Bel Air ^oad by way of Churchville and Carsins to Aberdeen; from the Hickory Road about two miles north of Bel Air by way of "?or-est Hill, Grafton Shops and Jarrettsville." After the Counsel had read the above, Dr. Clark moved that the minutes be corrected according to the resolution offered. Governor Crothers seconded the motion, whic?i was adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the Commission proceed to take up the Bids on the Roads as opened at the meeting of May 27th. 1909. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. Dr. Clark moved that the bids submitted for Worcester, Somerset, jSt. Mary's and the 4-J- miles in Caroline Counties, being higher than the
