Adjournment, (1) Beginning at Rockville. tc Gaitherasure, Quince Orchard, Darnetown, Dawsonville, Beallsville, via Dickerson to the ?rederick County line (2) Gaithersbure, via Middlebrcok, Hendersen's Corner, Cedar Grove, Damascus towards Mt. Airy to the Howard County line. (3) The Union Pike at the District Line, 7th. Street "Extended, (Silver Springs Station) via Wheaton, Norbeck, Olney, Sandy SprJngs, Aehton, and the dirt road to Snell's Bridge. (4) Norbeck to Rockville. (5) The Norwood Branch of the Union Pike south from near Sandy Springe (6) Olney to Brookville. The above motion of I.r. Mutton v/as seconded by Governor Crothers, and adopted. Mr. Hut ten moved that the Conunission rescind its acticr. of yesterday (April 29th. 1909) rer:ardir.e surveys to te made in LIcntgor:ery County, and to yubstitx;te therefor, the following: "That surveys be made in Montgomery County from Rockville to -'uince Orchard, via Gai-thersburg." The motion was seconded "by I-Cr. Shoemaker, and adopted. The Chairman read a communication from the Auditing Committee, recocuner.ding i'-. John A. Carroll, 1700 TTorth Charles Street, Baltimore, for the position of Bookkeeper. The matter went over. The Chairman presented several bills for the consideration of the Commission, as follows: P. C. Hutten, expenses $42.24 J. I:;. Tucker, do 30.50 J. LI. Tucker, do 27.95 and on motion of Dr. Remeen, seconded "by Governor Crothere, the bills were authorized to be paid. Dr. Remsen moved that a copy of the form of contract and specifications be forwarded to Hon. Blair Lee, with the information that he may present such criticisms as he may wish to make to the Commission in writing, and the Secretary was instructed to v/rite Mr. Lee to this effect. The motion was seconded by Mr. Button, and adopted. On motion of Dr. Remsen seconded by Governor Crothers, the Commission adjourned to meet Thursday, May 6th., 1909, at 10 o'clock A.M.
