Location of Roads in Montgomery County. Final System of Roads in Montgomery County. A special meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Thursday, April 29th., 1909, in Room 503, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, at 10 o'clock A.M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, and Messrs. F.emsen, Hutton, Clark and Shoemaker. Minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were read and approved- Mr. Shoemaker moved that in Prince George's County, the road be extended from Upper Marlboro to Hill's Bridge. The motion was seconded by Dr. Hemsen, and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the motion of Mr. Hutton made at the meeting of the Commission of April 15, 1909, regarding the location of the roads in Montgomery County, be reconsidered. Dr. Remsen seconded the motion, which was adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that in Montgomery County the Commission adopted as its final system for that County, the following roaia, so far as the funds will permit their being taken over, purchased or condemned and constructed and complete the improvement thereof in such manner as the Commission shall hereafter determine, in the order named: Beginning at Norbeck, thence to Rock- ville; thence to Gaithersburg from Rockville, via Quince •
