Governor Crothere moved that in Frederick County the Commission adopt as its final system for that county, the following roads, so far as the funds v/ill permit them beinc taken over, purchased or condemned and constructed and complete the improvement thereof in such manner as the Commission shall hereafter determine in the order nar.;ed: the Frederick Turnpike froir. the Carroll County line to the V'ashington County line;  the Jefferson Pike frorr the City of Frederick to Jefferson;  the dirt road from Jefferson to the Y/ashin<--ton County line near Knoxville;  the dirt road north from New Market to New London, and south from ITew Market to the intersection of the Kemptown road about six-tenths of a mile south of the State Aided Road;  the Opossumtown Turnpike fror: Frederick north, and t..e dirt road frorr the Opoeaumtown Turnpike to the^nmittsburg Turnpike near Harmony (Trove, and f-e ~Vm-r.it tsburg Turnpike in its entirety to f^nmit tsburg.  Dr. Clark seconded the motion.
l/.r. Hutton offered the Buckeystown Turnpike, plus the road from Frederick to ?,uckeystown, together v/ith the dirt road south from Buckeystown to the Lontgomer,;. County line near Dickerson, at; a substitute for the ITew L'.ark'^t P.oad, and if there are funds sufficient, include the New Market Road.   There \vas no second to Jr. Mutton's motion, "hie! wau lost.

Ashton, and the dirt road to Snell'e Bridge;/from Norbeck to Roclc-ville;/Rockville, Gaithereburg, Quince Orchard, Darneatown, Dav.-son-ville, Beallsville, beyond Dickerson to the Frederick County line; from Gaithersburg by v/ay of i'iddlebrook, Kenderson'B Corner, Cedar Grove, DaiaascuB to the Howard County line, in the order naned; then the Norwood Branch of the Union Turnpike south from Sandy Springs; and from Olney to Brookville.  The motion was seconded by Dr. RerriBen, and adopted.
