Pinal System in Harford County, Governor Crothere moved that in Frederick County the Commission adopt as its final system for that county, the following roads, so far as the funds v/ill permit them beinc taken over, purchased or condemned and constructed and complete the improvement thereof in such manner as the Commission shall hereafter determine in the order nar.;ed: the Frederick Turnpike froir. the Carroll County line to the V'ashington County line; the Jefferson Pike frorr the City of Frederick to Jefferson; the dirt road from Jefferson to the Y/ashin<--ton County line near Knoxville; the dirt road north from New Market to New London, and south from ITew Market to the intersection of the Kemptown road about six-tenths of a mile south of the State Aided Road; the Opossumtown Turnpike fror: Frederick north, and t..e dirt road frorr the Opoeaumtown Turnpike to the^nmittsburg Turnpike near Harmony (Trove, and f-e ~Vm-r.it tsburg Turnpike in its entirety to f^nmit tsburg.
