Secretary to notify Messrs '.hocias & Hoen of their appointment as an Auditing Committee. Dr. Clark moved that the Commission tentatively locate the route for a State Road in Garrett County from Oakland to Grantsville, via Bittinger and Jennings, and thence by the National Pike from the Allegany County line on the "^ast to the Pennsylvania line on the V'est Governor Crothers seconded the motion which was adopted. Dr.' Clark moved that the route for Allegany County be tentatively located from the Garrett County line via the Washington Pike, through Frostburg, Cumberland, Flintstone, to the V/ashington County line. The motion as seconded by Governor Crothers and adopted. Dr. Rensen moved that a public hearing for both Allegany and Garett Counties be given, and suggested December 10th. 1908, at 11 o'clock a.m. in Room 501 Union Trust Building, Baltimore, as the time and place for such hearing. Governor Crothers seconded the motion and it was adopted. f Dr. Clark moved that the permanent route for a State Road in Anne Arundel County be located from the Calvert County line near Ov/inrs, via the tentative xmte aleady established to Birds-ville, th nee via South River Bridge and Parole to Annapolis. Prom Annapolis to Parole going west over the sane route to the road about three miles west of Parole, thence notherly by way of Crownsville, Gotts, Severn Cross Roads, Benfield to Glen-"burnie to Brooklyn. From Annapolis by the same route via Parole above mentioned to Chesterfield to the Prince George's County line at Priest Bridge, connecting with the Washington Road. Beginning on the road as finally adopted on a point of this road from Birdsville to South Sver Bridge, 2 miles south, and running '.7est--;rly through Pavidsonville to the bridge at Hardesty on the Prince George's County line. The motion was seconded by V.r. Hutton and adopted.,) Dr. Clark moved that it is the opinion of this Commission that the law does not warant the CoriEiission in turning over any of the funds of this Commission to the Annex Commission or to any other Commission, for expenditure. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Secretary be instructed to notify Mr. Douglas K. Thomas and Mr Frank ". Hoen that they ac requested to act as an Auditing Committee, and to recommend to the Commission an expert accountant to serve with them.
