Forms for contracts, Releases, Rights of Way. via Spring Hill Church, thence from Salisbury to the Somerset County line near Alien, also from Salisbury near Minksville to Powellville by the most direct route, thence to the Worcester County line via Powellville, thence from Powellville to Willards via Truitt, and from a point on the road between Powellville and Salisbury about 4 mile west of Powellville to Pittsville. Governor Cothers seconded the motion and it was adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the State Road in Worcester County be located from Berlin to Snow Hill, and from Snow Hill to Pocomoke City by the River route, thence from Pocomoke City to the Somerset County line, and from the Wicomico County line near Powellville to Queponco, thence from Snow Hill to Stockton via Girdletree, then from Berlin to Ocean City via Grace forner, as far as the funds will permit. Mr. Hutton seconded the motion and it was adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the State Road in Somerset County be located from the Wicomico County line near Alien to Princess Anne, from Princess Anne to Westover, thence to Carroll's Corner, Kingston, Marion, Hopewell to Crisfield. And from V/estover to the Worcester County line near Poconioke City, as far as the funds for this County will permit. The motion was seconded by !.Tr. Hutton and unanimously adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the State Road in Dorchester County be located at the Caroline County line near Linchester, to Hurlock, to Shiloh Church, to East Newmarket, to Gluckheim, to Mt. Holly, to Cambridge; and from Shiloh Clinch to Fhodesdale, Brookview to "Rldorado to the Wicomico County line near Sharptovm; and from Hurlock to ?.ril-liansburg to the Carline County line near Federalshurg; from Mt. Holly to Linkwood, to Salem, to Vienna; and from Cambridge to Church Creek towards Bishop Head, as far as the funds will permit. The motion ms seconded by Mr. Hutton and unanimously adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Chief Engineer authorized to make surveys from Chestertown to Church Hill in Queen Anne's County, and from Chestertown to Kennedyville in Kent County. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton and adopted. Mr. Skoemaker moved that the Chief Engineer be authorized to make surveys in Talbot County, to the extent of twenty miles, beginning in Easton. Mr Hutton seconded the motion and it was adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Chief Engineer be authorized to make surveys from American Corners through Federalsburg to Hurlock. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton and adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that certain forms for rights of ways, releases and contracts, suggested by the Chief Engineer, be referred to the Committee on supplies, who will advise with the Counsel to the Commission, with power toact.
