Tentative location of road in Worcester County. definitely located, the route being from Newmarket via Heclianics-ville, Morganza, Loveville, Leonardtown, Great Kills, Park Hall, St. Mary's City, St. Inigoes., Ridge to Point Lookout, or so far as the fund for St. Mary's County will permit. The motion was seconded and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that there be no change in the road as located in Calvert County, and that the worlc be started at Ov/ings and continued on the route originally selected toward Drum Point, viz: Beginning at the Anne Arundel and Calvert County lines, thence via Owings, Sunderland, Prince Frederick, Port Republic, St. Leonard's to Solomon's, so far as the fund for Calvert County will permit. The motion «s seconded by Governor Crothers and unanimously carried. Ur. Shoemaker moved that the Chief ^ngineer be instructed to start survey parties on these routes in Calvert County and St.Mary's County and that the work begin at the earliest possible date. The motion *s seconded by Governor Crothers and unanimously adopted. Upon motion, duly seconded, the Commission adjourned to meet Wednesday, July 22nd., 1908, at 11 o'clock a.m., for the purpose of preliminary location of roads in Worcester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties, as well as any other counties that they may have time to take up. Also to meet Tuesday, Aurust 4th., 1908, at 11 o'clock a.m., for the purpose of permanently locating the roads in the Counties of Cecil, Kent, Caroline, Queen Anne's and TalbJit. Adjourned. Pursuant to notice the State Roads Commission met this Wednesday, July 22, 1908, at 11 o'clock a.m., at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md. Present: Governor Austin L. Crothers, Chairman John I.'. Tucker, Mr. Francis C. Hutton and Mr. Samuel M. Shoemaker. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. It was moved, seconded and carried, that the Wicomico County Road be tentatively laid out as follows: Sharptown to Mardella Springs, Quantico, Salisbury, Alien. Salisbury to Wango, to the bridge on the Pocomoke River south of Powellville, with a branch through Powellville, Truitt to WiHards It was moved, seconded and carried, that the Worcester County Road be tentatively located as follows: At the Pocomoke River south of Powellville to Libertytown, to Berlin, to Ocean City.
