Baltimore County Tax Lists?

Governor- d. 1829, 311 slaves of whom? those not eligible under law to be freed


John's slaves, begins buying in 1829;  needs to check tax list information; 

Need to also check   Register of Wills certificates of freedom; equity cases re: Ridgely property; ck for soldiers?

need for database management of the information about slaves
