I. Assignment
- Elkins & McKitrick, Chapter IV, The Republic's Capital City:
begin to correct the text file from the pdf facsimile of the chapter
- Bowling, Creating the Fedeal City (whole pamphlet; on reserve
and available electronically at: http://208.56.128.195/megafile/ecp/4/00486/pdf/
where a password is necessary and you double click on the pdf you want
to view. You will need to install a pdf viewer (free from acrobat) if you
do not have one and get a message asking you if you want to save the file.
You could save it to file (all these pdfs will fit on a floppy) and read
it in the library. You can also click on the hyperlinks below and with
your password access the pdfs. Note: if you have problems with your password
or need the password, email me at edpapen@iname.com. By next week, edit
the class-assigned uncorrected
text from the pdf images or reserve copy and place your results on your Geocities website without a hyperlink (being sure to send me your password so that I can access the file(s)). Instructions will be given in
class, but if you have any questions, email me at this address.
