• choose a nickname (part of the process of creating a Geocities site)
• use the common design for the beginning home page on Geocities

• Elkins & McKitrick, Chapter IV, The Republic's Capital City : begin to correct the text file from the pdf facsimile of the chapter

You will need to install a pdf viewer (free from acrobat) if you do not have one and get a message asking you if you want to save the file.
