All graduate students are to submit a research paper of 20-25 pages (including footnotes) on line at http://www.ecpclio.net

A user name and password are required and will be given out on receipt of an email to the instructor indicating what user name and password the student would like to use.

User names should be eight characters and numbers as should the password.  They should not be the same.
 

The assignment for this semester  (Fall 2001) will be to write a biographical sketch of an assigned Baltimore Mayor, placing his life and accomplishments into the context of the history of the city. Students will be expected to use original sources such as probate records and newspapers, all of which are available at the Maryland State Archives or at the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
