Minority Achievement in Maryland: The State of the State This report has been prepared by the Maryland State Education That Is Multicultural (ETM) Advisory Council by authority of the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). The report contains data and relevant research. Achievement data were compiled with the assistance of MSDE staff.
