The  commission will endeavor to  convene  at least bi-annually a statewide meeting  or conference on the history and legacy of slavery in Maryland so as to facilitate   researcher   interaction,   encourage   communication   on   the same  with  the  public,   and  publicize  and  coordinate  resource availability.
