Provincial Offices: Councillor, 1656-1660; justice, Provincial Court, 1656-1660; deputy Governor, 1657-1658; Upper House, 1660. Land at death, 2000 a.plus: dwelling plantation, Mitchum Hall; Lukeland, Charles County. Did have will, but executorship renounced by widow, therefore estate considered intestate.
