Biography:

Born Hollywood, St. Mary's County, Maryland, September 29, 1869. Father, Thomas Holdworth Bond, House of Delegates, 1874-1876. Graduated Charlotte Hall School, 1886. Received LL.B, University of Maryland Law School, 1892. Died, January 25, 1953.

Before practicing law, served as school teacher, 1886, and clerk at a tobacco warehouse, 1888-1890. Began practicing in Baltimore, 1892. Elected as Democrat to First Branch of Baltimore City Council, 1903-1906. Later served on Second Branch, 1906-1922. Elected to the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, 1922. Served on bench until 1938.
