Biography:
Born 1825-1826. Son of John H. McElfresh. Grandson of Henry McElfresh. Died in Annapolis March 25, 1852.
Admitted to the Frederick Bar, 1847. At time of death, he owned a house in Frederick on Church Street across from the Court House.
