Biography:

Born 1750 in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Son of Thomas Randall. Married Deborah Knapp (c. 1762-11/27/1852), January 7, 1783. Children: Eliza Hamilton Randall (1784-1/13/1873); Frances (Randall) Hagner (b. 6/15/1786); John Randall (1788-2/7/1861); Daniel Randall (5/27/1790-12/17/1851); Thomas Randall (b. 1792); Henry K. Randall (1793-1877); Richard Randall (1796-4/17/1829); Anne (Randall) Voorhees (b. c. 1798); Henrietta Sanford (Randall) Magruder (b. 1799); Alexander Randall (b. 1/3/1803); Burton Randall (b. 4/7/1805). Died June 12, 1826. Buried St. Anne's Cemetery, Annapolis, Maryland.

State Clothier during the Revolutionary War. Commissary. Annapolis merchant; Collector of the Port.  Mayor of Annapolis, 1813-14, 15-16, 17-18.
