Biography:

Born John Winfield Aitken in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, August 26, 1935.  Attended Pennsylvania public schools; Nanzam University; University of Maryland.  Married.  Died April 20, 2013, in Georgia.  Buried at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Georgia. 

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1967-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Life insurance broker and estate planner.  Served in U.S. Air Force, 1955-59.  Delegate, Republican State Convention, 1964.  Member, St. Paul's Methodist Church, Laytonsville; National Association of Life Underwriters; D.C. Association of Life Underwriters.
