Biography:

Born in Princess Anne, Maryland, October 5, 1947.  Son of Charles A. Bruce Sr. and Irene Larmore Bruce.  Attended the University of Maryland; University of Baltimore, J.D., 1974.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1974; U.S. District Court, District of Maryland, 1991.  Died August 5, 2006, in Salisbury, Maryland. Buried at Beechwood Cemetery, Princess Anne, Maryland. 

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Somerset County, 1990.  Appointed August 17, 1990.  Sworn in August 23, 1990 to replace Daniel M Long, who was appointed to Circuit Court, June 25, 1990, and resigned from House of Delegates July 20, 1990.
