Biography:

Born in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, September 25, 1926. Son of Lansdale G. Sasscer.  Attended Upper Marlboro public schools; Episcopal High School, Alexandria, Virginia; University of Virginia, B.A., 1950; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1952.  Married to Anne Green Mackall; three daughters. Died April 13, 2020, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates (D), Prince George's County, 1955-63. Chair, Prince George's County delegation.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
World War II Veteran.  Member, Maryland State and District of Columbia Bar Associations; Marlboro Democratic Club; Young Democrats of Prince George's County; Masons; Lions.
