Biography:

Born in Washington, D.C., July 7, 1906. Son of Fred W. and Alice A. (Alderman) Reeves. Attended D.C. public schools; graduated from the National University, 1929.  Admitted to the D.C. bar; Maryland bar.  Married; two children. Died June 1, 1959, in Bethesda, Maryland.

Attorney.  Lieutenant in U.S. Naval Reserve, 1944-46.  U.S. Commissioner for the District of Maryland, 1941-44; 46-47.  Director, Bethesda Chamber of Commerce.  Member, House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1947-51.  Maryland secretary of state, 1951-55. Judge, Montgomery County Circuit Court, 1956-58.
