Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, January 25, 1932. Attended Ohio public schools; Williams College, B.A., 1953; Harvard Law School, LL.B., 1956. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1965. Married.

House of Delegates, Legislative District 1 (R), Montgomery County, 1967-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy, 1956-59. Member, Health Services Cost Review Commission, 1971-72; Montgomery County, Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board, 1973-74. Lawyer, Storch & Brenner, LLP. Member, Maryland State, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations; American Judicature Society; Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
