Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, August 11, 1932.  Attended Baltimore public schools; Western Maryland College, A.B., 1954; Drew University; University of Maryland Law School, LL.B., 1959.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1960.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 6 (D), Baltimore City, 1963-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Law clerk, Maryland Court of Appeals, 1959-60.  Delegate to 1967 Constitutional Convention of Maryland.  Member, Maryland Advisory Commission on Manufacturing Competitiveness, Maryland Department of Business & Economic Development, 1995-97.  Member, Baltimore City Council, 1973-75.  Member, Order of the Coif; Junior Bar Association of Baltimore City; Real Estate Board of Greater Baltimore; Eagles; Moose; Delta Theta Phi fraternity; Reserve Officers' Association.  President, Southern High School Alumni Association.
