Born on Hooper's Island, Maryland, September 21, 1912.  Attended Dorchester County public schools; Wesley College, Dover, Delaware.  Married to Margaret Bidish; 4 children.  Died June 23, 1991, in Towson, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates Baltimore County, 1959-66; 1969-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Businessman.  President, 4th Councilmanic Democratic Club; Triangle Democratic Club.  Member, Loch Ridge Merchants Association; Optimists; Holy Name Society; Loch Raven Rod and Gun Club.
