Born in 1926.  Attended Cornell University, A.B., LL.B.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1954.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Montgomery County, 1974.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Attorney in private practice, Silver Spring, Maryland.  Member, regional chair for Montgomery County, co-chair, vice-chair, and chair, Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland, 1970-86.  Member, Program Open Space Committee, 1973-78; Commission to Revise the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1973-74.
