Born in Grasonville, Maryland, June 9, 1920.  Attended Grasonville schools.  Married.  Died December 28, 2009, in Maryland.  Buried at Stevensville Cemetery, Stevensville, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates (D), Queen Anne's County, 1955-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Waterman.  Served in U.S. Air Force, 1941-45.  Member, Special Commission to Review the Wye Institute Report on the Seafood Industry, 1967-68.  Member, Knights of Pythias; American Legion.; VFW.
