Born in Washington, D.C., October 4, 1926.  Attended Prince George's County public schools.  Married to Margaret Ann Masoka; one daughter.  Died September 24, 2014, in Florida.

House of Delegates, Legislative Districts 1 & 21 (D), Prince George's County, 1967-71, 1975-79.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, president and lieutenant governor, Kiwanis International, 1950-70s.  Member, vice-president, University of Maryland Terrapin Club, 1950-70s.  Chair, Prince George's March of Dimes, 1952-54.  Member, board of directors, Prince George's Chamber of Commerce, 1964-66.  President, Prince George's Country Club, 1970-72.  Vice-chairman of the board, Community Bank of Maryland, Bowie.  President, Sonny's Building Supply, Inc., College Park, Maryland.
