Biography:

Born in Baltimore County, Maryland, October 14, 1925.  Attended Baltimore County parochial and public schools.  Married to Eleanor; two children, two grandchildren.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative Districts 7 & 8 (D), Baltimore County, 1967-82.  Representative from Maryland General Assembly to the Executive Committee of the Council of State Governments.  Speaker pro tem, 1979-80.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee; Joint Committee on the Port of Maryland.  Chair, House Protocol Committee; Baltimore County delegation.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy during World War II.  Owner and operator of family business, "Minnick's."  Assistant secretary, Maryland Department of Licensing and Regulation, 1983-88.  Member, VFW; American Legion; Lions; Dundalk Athletic Club; Concerned Citizens of Dundalk; and other local organizations.
