Biography:

Born in Delmar, Delaware, July 12, 1914.  Attended Delmar public schools.  Married.  Died December 3, 1999.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Wicomico County, 1963-66.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Real estate appraiser and owner and operator of drive-in restaurant.  Served in U.S. Navy during World War II.  Member, Wicomico County Board of County Commissioners; Wicomico County Planning and Zoning Commission; Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission; Wicomico County School Building Commission. Chair, Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board, Wicomico County, 1973-74 and 1991-2002; Member, 1983-90.  Member, Elks; Moose; American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars; Exchange Club.
