Born in Baltimore, Maryland, August 17, 1929.  Attended Baltimore City public schools; University of Baltimore Law School, LL.B., 1966.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1968.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1967-70.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Navy, 1948-60.  Attorney.  Chief, Office of Hearings and Regulations, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, 1977-84.  Retired assistant county attorney, Baltimore County, 1999.  Private law practice, 1999-.  Member, Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland; American and Maryland State Bar Associations; Intercommunity Council, Joppa Board Civil League; Sigma Delta Kappa; Harford Hills Elementary School and Parkville Junior High School PTAs.
