Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 14, 1934.  Attended Baltimore City public schools; University of Baltimore; University of Baltimore Law School, LL.B., 1957.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1957.  Married to Pearl Schwartz; two daughters.  Died May 11, 2004.  Buried at Shaarei Tfiloh Cemetery, Baltimore County, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1961-62.  Appointed May 1, 1961 vice Jerome Robinson, resigned.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, American Bar Association, Junior Bar Division; Baltimore City Bar Association.
