Born, February 3, 1913.  Attended Baltimore public schools.  Married.  Died March 8, 2009.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1965-66.  Appointed July 12, 1965, vice Edgar P. Silver, resigned.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Insurance broker.  Administrative secretary to Mayors Grady and Goodman.  Secretary to Congressman Friedel.  Member, Fifth District Democratic Club; Woodland Democratic Club; Safety First Club.
