Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, October 11, 1932.  Attended Dundalk Senior High School; University of Baltimore, LL.B., 1959.  Married; four children.  Died June 25, 2010.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore County, 1979-94.  Member, Judiciary Committee; Appropriations Committee; Special House Committee on Drug and Alcohol Abuse, 1987-90; Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics, 1987-90; Ways and Means Committee, 1991-94.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Marine Corps, 1950-54; awarded Bronze Star, Combat "V."  Attorney.  Baltimore County assistant solicitor, 1967-69.  Baltimore County magistrate, 1969-71.  Member, Baltimore County District Advisory Board, Public Defender System, 1972-76; Maryland Juvenile Justice Advisory Council, 1988-90; Baltimore County Council, 1996-98.  Member and founder, Dundalk Lodge, Order of Sons of Italy.  Member, Moose; American Legion; VFW; Maryland State and Baltimore County Bar Associations.
