Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, September 26, 1931.  Attended Baltimore City parochial schools.  Married to Josie Caruso; three children.  Died November 26, 2005.  Buried at Gardens of Faith Cemetery, Rosedale, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1973-74; appointed September 17, 1973 vice John J. Kent, Jr. resigned.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Served in U.S. Marine Corps, 1952-54.  Member, Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee, 1970-73.  Member, Belair Road Democratic Club; Hamilton Democratic Club; Knights of Columbus; Sons of Italy; Gardenville Football League; U.S.S.F.A.; American Soccer League; Mason and Dixon Soccer League; Inter-Collegiate Soccer Association.
