Born in Baltimore, Maryland, March 5, 1936.  Attended Baltimore City parochial schools; Mount Saint Joseph High School; Leonard Hall Naval School; University of Baltimore, B.S., 1965.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1971-78.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Public relations director.  Served in U.S. Army.  Delegate to Democratic State Convention, 1964.  Delegate, 1967 Constitutional Convention of Maryland.  Member, American Value Engineers; Catholic War Veterans; Young Democrats; Holy Name Society; Knights of Columbus; St. Vincent de Paul Society.  Listed in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities, 1965.  Retired; plays softball, avid oil painter, active in church, Polish National Alliance, and local politics.
