Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, January 1, 1934.  Attended Frederick Douglass High School; Carver Vocational Technical Adult Evening School, business.  Four children.  Died March 11, 2012, in Baltimore, Maryland.

House of Delegates, Legislative District 44 (D), Baltimore City, 1996-99.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee, 1996-99; Environmental and Natural Resources Subcommittee; Joint Legislative Task Force on Organ and Tissue Donations, 1997-98.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Parliamentarian, Harlem Park Neighborhood Council, 1965-.  Board of directors, Total Health Care, Inc., 1968-85, 1989-; secretary, 1994-.  Member, Citizens Democratic Action Organization, 1980-.  Member, Harlem Park Trust, 1982-; president, 1990-.  Staff member, St. Pius V Housing Committee, Inc., 1989-; president, 1992-.  Representative of Harlem Park/Lafayette Square Village Center, 1995-; secretary, 1995-96.
