Born in Baltimore, Maryland, June 16, 1951.  Attended Notre Dame Preparatory School, Towson, Maryland; University of Pennsylvania, B.A., 1972; Catholic University School of Law, J.D., 1975.  Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1975; District of Columbia Bar, 1977. 

Associate Judge, Montgomery County Circuit Court, 6th Judicial Circuit, December 26, 1995 to April 1, 2013. Retired April 1, 2013. Family Judge in Charge, 2008-13. Member, Ad Hoc Committee on the Implementation of Family Divisions, 1997-2002. Member, Family and Domestic Relations Law Committee, Maryland Judicial Conference, 1998-99. Board of Directors, Judicial Institute of Maryland, 1999-2001.
