Born in Ibadon, Nigeria, March 6, 1965.  Attended State University of New York at Buffalo, B.A., political science, 1987; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1990.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 41 (D), Baltimore City, 1996-99.  Member, Commerce and Government Matters Committee, 1996-99; Chair, Motor Vehicles Subcommittee; member, Transportation Subcommittee; Special Committee on Rail Mergers, 1997; Joint Committee on Fair Practices, 1997-99.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Attorney. Member, Monumental City, Maryland State and American Bar Associations.  Law clerk to Judge Richard T. Rombro, Baltimore City Circuit Court, 1990-91.  Co-chair, Task Force to Examine the Mortgage Lending Business, 1997.   Member, Vanguard Political Organization.
