House of Delegates, Legislative District 38 (D), Worcester County, 1989-90.  Sworn in May 25, 1989 to replace Mark O. Pilchard, who died April 8, 1989.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, Lower Eastern Shore Tourism Center Advisory Committee.  Member, board of directors, Atlantic General Hospital.  Advisory board, U.S. 13 Tourism Center.  Board of directors and treasurer of Worcester Landowners Association.
