Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, July 31, 1969.  Attended St. Michaels High School; Salisbury State University, B.S., biology, 1992; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1998.  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1999.  Married; three children.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 37B (R), Caroline, Dorchester, Talbot, Wicomico counties, 1991-2003. Minority Whip, 2002-03. Member, Environmental Matters Committee, 1991-2003 (environmental & natural resources subcommittee, 1995-99; agriculture, environment & natural resources subcommittee, 1999-2003; public utilities subcommittee, 1999-2003; ethics subcommittee, 2003; motor vehicles & transportation subcommittee, 2003; natural resources subcommittee, 2003); Joint Committee on Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas, 1992-2003.
