Born in Baltimore, Maryland, July 8, 1960. Attended Andover Senior High School, Linthicum; University of Baltimore, B.S., real estate and finance, 1983. Married; two children.

House of Delegates, Legislative District 12A (R), Baltimore, Howard counties, 1995-2003. Member, Judiciary Committee, 1995-2003; Civil Law and Procedure Subcommittee, 1995-2003. Deputy Minority Whip, 2002-2003.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Real estate consultant. Member, Maryland Advisory Commission on Manufacturing Competitiveness, 1999-. Delegate, Republican Party National Convention, 2000. Co-founder, Patapsco Valley Republican Club. Past president, Holmehurst Community Association.
