Born in Baltimore, Maryland, July 22, 1950.  Attended Towson State University, B.S., political science and economics, 1974; University of Baltimore, M.P.A., public administration, 1982.  Married.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Legislative District 7 (D), Baltimore County, 1995-2003.  Member, Environmental Matters Committee, 1995-2003; Health and Public Utilities Subcommittee, 1995-99; Health Subcommittee, 1999-2003; Joint Subcommittee on Program Open Space and Agricultural Land Preservation, 1999.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Government administrator; realtor.  Member, Environmental Noise Advisory Council, 2000-02. Member, Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee, 1982-86.  Political Science Instructor, Dundalk Community College, 1986.  Member, Heritage Fair Committee, Greater Dundalk July 4th Celebration; Dundalk High School Alumni Association.  Member, Squad 38, Sons of the American Legion; Dundalk Council 2942, Knights of Columbus.
