Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, April 29, 1951. Son of Frederick L. Dewberry and Elizabeth Leonard Dewberry. Attended St. William of York School; Loyola High School, 1969; University of Maryland Baltimore County, B.A., history, 1973; University of Baltimore School of Law, J.D., 1977. Married Jamie Alley; two children: Katie and Steven. Died on December 7, 2025, in Baltimore.
