Biography:

Born in Annapolis, Maryland, November 13, 1934.  Attended St. Mary's High School;  Loyola College of Baltimore, B.S., business administration, 1956; graduated as a distinguished military student.  Married; seven children. Died January 10, 2016, in Annapolis, Maryland. Buried, Our Lady of the Field Cemetery, Millersville, Maryland.
