Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, March 9, 1949.  Attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute; Essex Community College, A.A., Business, 1972.  Five children, including Del. Eric M. Bromwell.
Bromwell is a distant relative of Governor Edward Lloyd; his great-great-great-grandfather was a third cousin of the governor, entitling him to use the Lloyd crest, the Lion Rampant.
