Biography:

Born Audrey Claire Earnshaw in Chicago, Illinois, December 20, 1930.  Attended St. Faith's Episcopal School, Saratoga, New York; Drake Academy, New York, New York; Roanoke College; George Washington University, B.A., 1955; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1962.  Admitted to Maryland bar, 1962. Died June 11, 2000, in Columbia, Maryland.

Law partner with Howard E. Goldman, Laurel, Maryland, 1962-1977.
Woman of the Year, Business and Professional Women's Club, 1969.
Ten Most Outstanding Women of Laurel, 1971.
Outstanding Citizen, Soroptimists International, Laurel, 1976.
Associate Judge, Prince George's County District Court, 1977-1978.
Associate Judge, Prince George's County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit, 1978-1997 (retired May 31, 1997).
Inducted into Women of Achievement, Prince George's County, 1994.
Member, Maryland State and Prince George's County Bar Associations.
Member, Iron Bridge Hunt Club.
Member, Soroptimist Club of Laurel.
