County Administrative Judge, Baltimore County Circuit Court, 3rd Judicial Circuit, May 5, 1992-1997 (Associate Judge, 1988-92, 1997-2001). Retired January 12, 2001. Member, Commission on Judicial Disabilities, 1991-96 (past chair); Family and Domestic Relations Law Committee, Maryland Judicial Conference, 1998-2001. Member, Retired and Recalled Judges Committee, Judicial Council, 2015-. Associate Judge, District Court of Maryland, District 8, Baltimore County, 1985-88.
