Biography:

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, August 14, 1937.  Attended Loyola High School; Loyola College, B.S., 1959; University of Maryland School of Law, LL.B., 1962.   Married to Carolyn (nee Fabiszak) Krysiak; 5 children. Died October 19, 2004, in Baltimore, Maryland.

General Assembly:
House of Delegates, Baltimore City, 1967-79.  Chair, Constitution and Administrative Law Committee, 1971-79.  Member, Legislative Council (now Legislative Policy Committee), 1971-79.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Delegate to the State Democratic Conventions, 1962 and 1964.  Member, Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission, 1979-1999; chair, 1987-1999. Member, Governor's Commission to Study the Workers' Compensation System, 1987; Governor's Advisory Panel on Insurance Fraud, 1994. Member, Democratic State Central Committee of Maryland; Pulaski Highway Democratic Club; First Highland Democratic Club; Polish-American Democratic Club; Quo Vadis Democratic Club; Knights of Columbus; Cornwall Club; Highland Clipper Club; Polish Home Club; St. Gerard's Club.
