Biography:

Born in Washington, D.C., January 21, 1935.  Attended Anne Arundel Community College.  Married; four children, four grandchildren.  Died August 20, 2007, in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

House of Delegates, Anne Arundel County, 1987-94.  Member, Constitutional and Administrative Law Committee, 1987-90; Environmental Matters Committee, 1991-92; Ways and Means Committee, 1992-94; Transportation and Lottery Subcommittee; Joint Committee on Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas, 1993-94.  Deputy majority whip, 1994.  Representative appointed by Speaker to Southern Legislative Conference.
