Member, Huntingdon Democratic Association; Hampden Democratic Club.  Member, Board of Directors, Mt. Royal Democratic Club.  President, Remington-Hampden Civic and Political Association.  Owner of "Billy's" bar, Baltimore, 1979-96.  Member, Moose.
